Founded by Yvette Torres, Grounded HR Solutions was created to bring a different approach to Human Resources—one that blends strategic expertise with Indigenous values, relationship-building and a deep commitment to helping organizations thrive. As a Native woman leader, Yvette brings a unique perspective shaped by community, respect, accountability, and collective responsibility. With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership across healthcare, nonprofit, hospitality, and mission-driven organizations, Yvette has seen firsthand that many workplaces focus heavily on policies, compliance, and the bottom line, while losing sight of the people who make organizations successful.
